About
Janet is Research Projects Manager at the Kempner Institute and a Staff Scientist in the Sabatini Lab in the Department of Neurobiology at Harvard Medical School. Janet received her Ph.D. in Neuroscience in 2015 and her BA in Biology in 2009 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Following her Ph.D., she was a postdoctoral fellow in the Endocrinology Division at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center working with Bradford Lowell. Following her postdoctoral fellowship, Janet became interested in bridging systems neuroscience with machine learning and helping others apply these techniques in their projects.
