Faculty Opportunities

The Kempner Institute appoints tenure-track professors to lead innovative research programs in the study of natural and artificial intelligence, and also offers opportunities for faculty to engage as associate or affiliate faculty members.

Institute Investigators

We are actively recruiting new faculty to join the growing Kempner Institute community. In addition to an academic appointment within their given department, core faculty are appointed as Kempner Institute Investigators.

Associate Faculty

Associate faculty collaborate with other Institute members to advance research, make fundamental discoveries, and teach others.

Affiliate Faculty

We welcome affiliate faculty applications from Harvard faculty members who would like to engage more concretely with the Kempner Institute.
