About
Jorin Overwiening is a Kempner Graduate Fellow in Physics at Harvard University. Before he was a research assistant with Haim Sompolinsky at Harvard and with Alain Destexhe at CNRS. He completed his Bachelor and Master degrees in Physics at the University of Münster.
Research Focus
Jorin’s research focuses on building models bridging the gap between artificial and biological neural networks, and on understanding learning and intelligence in those systems quantitatively.
