About
Janet joined the Sabatini Lab as a Staff Scientist in the Department of Neurobiology at Harvard Medical School in 2021. Janet received her BA in Biology in 2009 and her PhD in Neuroscience in 2015 from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Following her PhD, she was a postdoctoral fellow in the Endocrinology Division at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center working with Bradford Lowell. Following her postdoctoral fellowship, Janet became interested in bridging systems neuroscience with machine learning and helping others apply these techniques in their projects.
