About

Heidi Osterhout joined the Kempner Institute for the Study of Natural and Artificial Intelligence at Harvard University in July 2024 as Administrative Coordinator. Currently, Osterhout is focused primarily on the administrative aspects of the Research Fellowship program at the Kempner Institute. Osterhout has previous experience as an Account Coordinator for oncology focused marketing programs at large pharmaceutical companies; she oversaw the planning and execution of various events and symposiums nationally and internationally. Prior to this work, Osterhout was a Team Lead of Technical Recruiting at Motion Recruitment Partners. In this role, she coordinated recruiting, onboarding, and continued support for technical positions at various enterprises across the country. In addition to her corporate experience, Osterhout runs her own custom fine art business, HeidiOart, where she offers live event painting, mural, and custom art services. Osterhout received her BA from Indiana University Bloomington.
