About
Samy Jelassi is a postdoctoral fellow at the Center of Mathematical Sciences and Applications at Harvard University. His hosts are Profs. Boaz Barak and Sham Kakade. Previously, he obtained his PhD at Princeton University, advised by Prof. Boris Hanin. In a previous life, he grew up in France, enjoying math and cheese.
Research Focus
Jelassi’s current research focuses on foundations of deep learning and language models. He is mainly interested in designing more efficient and capable language models.
