Elena Capuzzo joined the Kempner Institute as the Educational Program Coordinator in July 2026. Prior to joining the Kempner Institute, she worked at the MIT Wargaming Lab as a Program Coordinator. Before MIT, Elena was as an elementary school teacher where she primarily taught first and second grade. She holds a Bachelors of Arts in Elementary Education and Teaching from Saint Anselm College. Elena currently lives in Boston, but grew up in Western Mass.
