Computational Approaches to Protein Biology – Journal Club

We read and discuss papers related to computational approaches to protein biology, including machine learning and AI methods for protein structure, function, and design. Topics may include deep learning for proteins, structure prediction, generative models for sequences, protein language models, and related computational and molecular biology research. We meet every other Thursday from 10:00am to 11:30am in Kempner conference room 6.242. The goal of this journal club is to connect ML/AI researchers with a computational background and scientists in molecular and protein biology at HMS.
